Streamlight has some of my favorite pistol and rifle-mounted weapon lights on the market. Their wide array of options for both pistols and rifles has been expanded with the addition of new Green Laser TLR Rail Mount Versions including their TLR RM 1 and RM2 tactical weapon lights. The new models, like previous versions, are designed to be quickly and securely attached to any long gun with standard 1913 rail attachments and come complete with remote switches designed to exit the weapon at a 90° angle to improve cable routing and preserve rail space.

New Green Laser TLR Rail Mount Iterations from Streamlight
In addition to the original TLR RM 1 and 2 which feature a red aiming laser, we now offer new models with an integrated green laser, which appears brighter to the human eye than other colored lasers, to improve focusing on targets,” said Streamlight President and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sharrah. “Like earlier models, they also have an ergonomic, multi-function tactical tail switch and dedicated toggle switch. And they deliver the same powerful beam, with extensive range and solid peripheral coverage.
The Green Laser TLR RM1 (500 Lumens) LASER-G uses one 3-volt CR123A lithium battery, weighs 2.97 ounces, and is 3.2 inches long while the Green Laser TLR RM 2 (1,000 Lumens) LASER-G is powered by two of the same CR123A batteries, is 4.6 inches long, and weighs in at 4.95 ounces. Both lights feature 3 hours of strobe time, 60 hours of laser-only mode, and 1.5-hours of continuous run time. Current retail pricing both the TLR RM1 and RM2 are right around the $250 mark and we can expect the Green Laser versions to cost just a hair bit more if we’re taking previous green laser releases into account.
