A North Carolina gun store in Yadkinville was robbed this week, marking the second time the shop’s been hit in the past 15 days.
Foothills Firearms and Ammo on State Street was first targeted on Oct. 31 when two masked suspects rammed their car into the front of the store.
During that initial heist, the perps made off with at least 10 guns valued at approximately $6,000, according to store manager Ryan Hudson, who spoke to WXII 12 News.
This Tuesday, at around 2:40 a.m., four masked suspects broke into Foothills Firearms and Ammo.
Instead of using a car to forcibly gain entry, one of them climbed in through an air duct in the ceiling. Once inside, the suspect opened the door for the others.
Altogether, two dozen firearms were taken in the second heist. It’s not immediately clear if the two incidents are connected.

Local police said that the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, are currently investigating the situation.
